Please arrive fifteen minutes prior to your appointed outpatient time to ensure that you can see our doctor on time. Please have your health insurance information handy for faster processing, and bring along the following documents on your first visit:

ID card with your photos (e.g. Passport) & Insurance card

If your health insurance is covered by our hospital, we may be able to assist you with direct billing. Please see our cashiers prior to and after your appointment for assistance.
