门诊挂号说明

　一、普通挂号费：
　1、初诊者另收病历工本费。其标准由同级卫生部门制定，报物价部门备案。
　2、法定节假日及下班时间门诊，按急诊挂号费标准收取。
　3、以下情况不再交纳挂号费。
　（1）病人一次门诊，属病情需要医生开出三张以上处方或多项检查的。
　（2）病人病情需要一个疗程治疗，或需进行物理矫治术的全过程。
　A、针灸、理疗、推拿、按摩一个疗程。
　B、镶牙、配眼镜全过程。
　C、治疗过程因病情需要医生开出一张处方连续注射。
　（3）因诊断不明需要其它科室协助诊断的。

　二、专家挂牌门诊挂号费：
　1、专家挂牌门诊是指同类医院中，对某种疑难病症具有独特的，与众不同的诊治技术，确实能解决某种疑难病症的门诊。
　2、专家范围：从事本专科临床工作，确有诊治疑难病症的诊断技能且有成效的，并且有正、副主任医师职称的人员。
　3、专家挂牌门诊应由医院统一计划组织安排，并将专家门诊服务内容和具备参加专家门诊的医务人员公布于众。
　从事专家门诊的医务人员应坚持挂牌服务制度，由病人自愿选择就医，并随时接受有关部门的检查监督。

I. General registration fee

(3) Due to unknown diagnosis, other departments are required to assist in diagnosis.
