Our Neurology department specializes in a full range of services for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of cerebral vascular diseases.
Our department is headed and supervised by Ruijin Hospital specialists. We currently have a chief physician and deputy chief physician. They are here every Wednesday morning to provide professional and excellent services for a variety of neurological diseases.

Our newly purchased 64-slice spiral CT scan assists in accurate diagnosis of brain tumor, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage, etc. Extracranial and vertebral artery color doppler examination is completed through ultrasound for inspection of patients with headache and dizziness caused by the vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency of blood. In addition EEG, EMG, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) testing and results are shared between Ruidong and Ruijin Hospital.
